1. General Information

1.1 The World Cup promotion starts on March 4, 2026, and ends at 6:59 am ET on June 22, 2026.

1.2 This promotion is open to all players with an active account on Casinova.

1.3 The Grand Prize: an exclusive World Cup Final Package for two. This all-access journey includes Business Class flights, luxury accommodation, and premium tickets to the Final. Enjoy seamless transfers and elite hospitality, featuring preferred seating, pre- and post-match lounge access, welcome drinks, and an official gift.

1.4 The top five contenders will claim their place in the standings at the end of the promotion, with the Grand Prize or premium cash rewards awaiting those who lead the pack:

* The Grand Prize: The ultimate World Cup Final experience. Please ensure you meet all travel eligibility requirements for entry to the USA to claim this journey.

1.5 The player in 1st place (the “Winner”) will be awarded the World Cup Final Package, provided on an “as available” basis without any representation, warranty, or guarantee of any kind, express or implied, by the Company regarding services provided by third parties (including airlines, hotels, and event organizers), including but not limited to any changes or cancellations to the event or travel itinerary.

1.6 The World Cup Final Package is granted on a gross basis. Any costs, taxes, fees, or expenses not explicitly listed in the prize description will be the sole responsibility of the Winner. This includes, but is not limited to: travel insurance, visa fees, personal expenses, and meals not covered by hospitality. Any additional personal charges accrued by the Winner at the hotel (such as mini-bar or similar services) and local transport beyond specified transfers are the Winner’s responsibility, as the Company has no obligation to cover or reimburse such costs.

1.7 The Winner is responsible for obtaining a valid visa, ESTA, or any necessary travel authorization required for entry to the USA. The Company is not liable should entry be denied by authorities or if the required travel documents are not secured within the necessary timeframe.

1.8 The Winner is solely responsible for satisfying all legal and regulatory requirements for international travel. This includes maintaining a valid passport, obtaining all necessary visas or permits required by the host country and the Winner’s country of residence, securing travel insurance, and ensuring compliance with all entry protocols in effect at the time of travel. The Company has no obligation to bear, facilitate, or reimburse any costs or administrative tasks related to these requirements.

1.9 The Winner will be contacted by our support team within 24 hours of the promotion ending and must confirm their acceptance of the prize package within 72 hours of notification. Should the Winner choose not to attend, they may forfeit the Grand Prize package in full for a monetary prize of $22,500, which will be credited to the Winner’s account.

1.10 Cash rewards for 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th place will be automatically credited to the respective players' accounts within 24 hours of the promotion ending.

1.11 Final prize amounts will be determined by the official standings as of 6:59 PM ET on June 22, 2026 (the promotion’s end date). These amounts may vary based on the Euro-equivalent exchange rate to the local currency at that time.

1.12 Cash prizes will be credited to the player’s balance. To ensure eligibility for withdrawal, a 1x (one-time) wagering requirement applies across casino games, live games, and sports bets.

2. Participation

2.1 Participation in the World Cup promotion is non-exclusive; players remain eligible to compete in and win any other Casino and Sports tournaments or promotions on the site, while simultaneously earning FC Coins.

2.2 Earn FC Coins by participating in our weekly Casino or Sports tournaments.

2.3 Tournaments start every Sunday, beginning on March 4, 2026.

2.4 FC Coin accrual and tournament participation follow the respective tournament rules.

Minimum qualifying sport bet: 3 CAD

Eligible Sports: Only bets placed on the following sports count toward the tournament: Soccer, Tennis, Basketball, Table Tennis, Hockey, Football, Baseball, and E-sports.

2.5 Participants in the weekly World Cup tournaments (Casino and Sports) will earn a score featured on each tournament’s weekly standings.

2.5.1 At the end of each weekly tournament, the top 100 participants will be rewarded with FC Coins.

2.5.2 FC Coins accumulated throughout the promotional period will determine the final positions in the overall World Cup standings.

3. Standings and Coin Distribution

3.1 All players earning FC Coins will be featured in the World Cup standings on the Promo Page, displaying their current coin balance and position.

3.2 The Global Standings update every Monday following the conclusion of each weekly tournament.

3.3 FC Coins are credited to player accounts every Monday following the conclusion of each weekly tournament.

3.4 The Global Standings are determined by the total number of FC Coins accumulated throughout the promotional period.

3.5 In the event of a tie in the weekly standings, the participants’ VIP levels will serve as the tiebreaker to determine the final ranking.

3.6 In the event of a tie in FC Coins, the participant’s VIP level will determine their position in the standings.

4. Compliance

4.1 All participants are subject to the general Terms and Conditions of Casinova, in addition to the specific rules outlined for this promotion.

5. Organizer’s Rights

5.1 The Organizer reserves the right to amend eligibility criteria, tournament structure, scoring rules, or point allocation at any time during the promotion. Such adjustments may be implemented to enhance the tournament experience, ensure fairness, or mitigate risks.

5.2 The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant found engaging in fraudulent activity, collusion, multiple account usage, or system abuse.

5.3 In the event of technical errors, bets may be voided, and points removed.

5.4 Where fraudulent activity is detected, all associated winnings will be forfeited.
